Description of the Bug: Says the wrong rank on arresting officer if given a ticket

How to reproduce the Bug: N/A. My latest arrest by Olivia Black (Sergeant) says "$1400 ticket receiever from Senior Officer Black" but I don't know if this is intended or not hence why I'm making this bug report, perhaps you mean Senior Officer as in SO+, if not then now you know.

Time Stamp: Around 4pm today or so.

Errors: N/A.
