This is also happening with the Aug and numerous other ARS since the update also ive noticed sometimes when using them (and even smgs) the recoil will just fly up or down sometimes

Update: or you will just clip through the guns seeing through the gun entirely

Theres probably even more sights guns are bugged with however I couldnt check at the time
