Description of the Bug: some sort of collision bug on the broadwalk car just phases through the floor

How to reproduce the Bug: get a car on the broadwalk and drive it to the bend to where it connects to the regals beach and it should fall through

This bug was reported not too long ago, but it is definitely an issue for players who are dropping items in that area or are apprehended by cops under gunpoint, having their surrendered items fall through the floor.

How to reproduce the Bug: I was running up the railing by the river, slipped off and landed on the floor, ragdolled and fell through the floor.
