Description of the Bug: Speed Camera Bug

How to reproduce the Bug:
1: Put the speed camera down
2: Car passes it over the speed limit
3: Alert Sound + Message shows vehicle description and speed
4: Relocate Speed Camera
5: Car passes it over speed limit again
6: Alert sound + script error shows
