Description of the Bug: Spikes does not work at all

How to reproduce the Bug: Try to spike a car. As PD vehicles have clearly driven through my spikes about 10 times but this is the only time I got a proper clip to show that it does not work

I have noticed that it's extremely inconsistent however I was unsure if it was because I deployed them to slow I can now however see that I wasn't the only one who had issues with this...

(Also please fix spikes for the training area so our RTO applicants can visually see if they spike the vehicles during their training
