Description of the Bug: The first demo does not start recording when you initially join the server.

How to reproduce the Bug: Join the server, check console. The print that tells you that a demo has started with the timestamp of the beginning is not printed. The demo also does not record.

This appears to be fixed and can be archived.

Re-opened as this still seems to be happening with the first demo that people record when they're on the server.
