Description of the Bug: There is a bug inside of offices with the elevator, the entire thing can look black, and unlit even with an overhead light.

How to reproduce the Bug: Walk into office complex elevator and go to a floor.

Just a bug from the night map missing some of the dynamic lights. Not worth fixing given we won't be using it after a week.
