Description of the Bug: u keep losing my basic planters i had to remake them like 3 times now

How to reproduce the Bug: log out with planters in the world

If you disconnect with planters still having drugs in them, the next time you connect you need to claim them at the City Hall NPC. Are you sure this is not the case?
