Description of the Bug: uring a Chop Shop mission on Hard difficulty, the vehicle required to complete the mission did not spawn anywhere on the map, making the mission impossible to complete.

How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Join the Perpheads DarkRP server

2. Start a Chop Shop mission

3. Select Hard difficulty

4. Receive the mission to steal a specific vehicle

5. Search the map for the target vehicle

6. The vehicle does not appear at any location

Time Stamp: Occurred during the mission session. Exact timestamp unavailable, but the issue persisted for approximately 30 minutes.

Errors: No visible error messages or notifications appeared.

The vehicle license plate was D1SANCJ, which seemingly did not spawn anywhere.
We both looked around the map to find the vehicle at all the parking lots, but it was unable to be located.

At the time, the mission was still active. This was confirmed through the missions tab on the phone.
