How to reproduce the Bug: Get someone ragdolled via car or whatever shoot them in the head

Time Stamp: When they yk are ragdolled

Don’t think its a bug. It happens all the time but i think its for a specific reason. I always make sure to headshot 4-5 times after ragdollikg someone
