Description of the Bug: When you die DNA doesn't disappear from police database, leading to warrants for situations that happened in your previous life
How to reproduce the Bug: Kill someone and have the DNA taken from the body, die and then the physical evidence will remain on the police computer. Enjoy your warrant.
