Type of Bug: Content
Description of the Bug: Officers have secret service PLPD cap in normal gear if they went of duty as secret service with cap equipped.
How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Join secret service
2. Equip Cap
3. Go off-duty
4. Go on duty as police officer
Between points 3 and 4 I got knocked unconcious, unsure whether that influenced it or not.
