Description of the Bug: Wrong camera position when sitting in map-defined seats

How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Sit down in a map-defined seat, such as PD lobby or the benches by City Hall.
2. The camera will be in an incorrect position

This doesn't happen for player-placed props, such as sofas.
