Suggestion Title: Build Server
Suggestion Description: I would love to see a dedicated build perps server, where all users can have no-clip and extra tools so we can more easily build stores and anything else in the server. This would greatly help those people who have dedicated store designs and layouts.

This would require some work, but we need to have a save prop menu so we can save our props which we have bought from such a bazaar. This could be an extra step when purchasing a store, like having different wallpaper choices which are bought.

This would massively help myself with owning a store as I love having the same layout and design, but it is very tedious having to remake it every time we have to remake it when we get a store.

Why should this be added?:
It would greatly help those who love to build and own stores and do more passive role play rather than basing and doing drugs.

What negatives could this have?:
Extra work with having another server

What problem would this suggestion solve?: N/A

The downsides of another server is the need for moderation. Also, it could simply drive attention away from the main server. As far as I know, this is why we no longer have the queue server (not the queue that was implemented some time back).

I don't see the point at all. If you need noclip for a build, you may ask an admin for the temporary builder rank.
