Suggestion Title: Camera item improvements
Suggestion Description: Police HUD elements such as incidents alert and radio appear with the camera in hand, it should instead be hidden. Zooming in/out is really glitchy. Add filters such as inverted, black and white, etc for both camera item and the app as well.
