Detailed description (why should it become added/...): If you wanna roleplay as a ''gangsta'' with a blue hoodie and a blue jacket then this thread will help you. + It will be AWESOME. So I am just saying.

I agree as well, however, an ordinary beanie shouldn't hide your identity(name). There should be balaclavas implemented then, who should be illegal to wear. That eliminates the opportunity of walking around hiding your identity all day, not dealing with any consequences for it.

Not sure if this is too much work for the development team, but it would definitely be a valuable script for the roleplay!

There's something I'd like to point out about this though, after looking through the threads, the one who was moved for review was forgot about, and later denied when it was found out it was just forgot during review, so as far as I know, it might've not been reviewed properly, and since all the other threads were locked due to it already beeing suggested and locked, it might still be a chance it'll become accepted if reviewed properly.
