Main Idea: Add caps
Full description of the idea: This is my idea, you should add caps ingame for RP purposes, or whatever you feel like doing with it.
Why should it be added?: It should be added, because there isn't really a lot of options for people who want to RP as gangsters(hood ones, not the cool mafia ones). they only have a hoodie, and they can't even wear the hoodie.
Pros: More customization, more unique RP I guess
Cons: Will take time to add, people might abuse (look at other additions)
Other additions: They can add images to the caps(idk if it's possible) [Or they can add text to it]
