Description of the idea: add moderator approval for messages on ban disputes etcra

Why should this be added? (pros): people dont comment unrelated stuff on administrative threads

What negatives could this have? (cons): adds a tiny bit more work

Makes no sense tbh. just remove and warn the people who are shit posting on them?

It's literally one button to remove comments, staff are just being lazy if they don't get removed

This will just make the whole process slower, people involved should be able to respond to each other to get their full side out rather than just wait for moderator approval at every response given.
