This seems more like a client sided issue. You have 3 “lag spikes”, 2 of them very short.

Is there evidence that this is a server problem? In my eyes this is a client issue, if server had lagged you would probably not even moved ingame. Do you often experience this?

So so far I've had such lags maybe 8 times since I played Perp and I've been playing for over a year and at that moment there was no person online to testify because it happened very late at night
