Server Suggestion Carban

Suggestion Title: Carban
Suggestion Description: Carban If you run peoppel over on purpes insted off getting banned i think you hsould get carban for 1 hour and it depends on if it was on purpes

Why should this be added?:
- Becus some peoppel might think getting banned for driving peoppel over is to hard so why not just give them ban from driving if its a hard vdm then you can give the peroson a long time Carban

What negatives could this have?:
- some dont like this idea

no just an idea becus i played on a another server when ther had that it it was useful

Staff can just speed limit your car, a car ban isn't going to accomplish anything useful and further impede people who take jobs that require vehicles.

We already limit peoples car speeds if we believe they are a danger.

I actually really like this concept since I believe that instead of banning somebody for months off the whole where they can't play the server over a specific rulebreak is in most cases more harmful than helpful.

Yes if they deserve bans give it but let's say they shoot somebody, this violates 2.5, Take away the ability of the player to do damage to players in any way imaginable (i.e Driving so they can't run people over, guns / melees or throwing explosives / incendiaries) where instead of possibly destroying that player's stance in the game with others for a good chunk of time he is still allowed to roleplay in the areas where he has not demonstrated negligence of the rules.

Realistically this is called Parole, it can make empty jobs like Courier; Taxi; Fishing more commonly seen since if Staff observe the player while under his punishment committing acts of community service he may use that to positively influence his image towards them and prove to them in a future apology how he has been avoiding repeating the bad things he was originally punished for. Some transgressions are too much to be put on parole so they are given prison similarly that logic can be used with extreme cases like Mass RDM where obviously there is NITRP and somebody is just a nut case.
