Police Suggestion Carry handle for the M16

Suggestion Title: Carry handle for the M16
Suggestion Description: Allow RTFO/TFU/IC to carry the M16 and get the choice in armory to attatch the carry handle on it

Why should this be added?:
-It looks cool
- "Looks" like a proper M16 rifle

What negatives could this have?:
- Literally none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Nothing really, but I would just like to see the carry handle as it looks sick
