Suggestion Title: Cause 3.4 warnings to not appear if carrying a firearm
Suggestion Description: When in a shootout and on the phone with another player, if the 3.4 warning is notified/spammed as some staff like to do, it takes up the majority of your screen, being quite annoying and distracting, an easy way to get rid of this would be to cause them to not appear if you holding a firearm in your hands at the time of notifying

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- Gets rid of annoyance and distraction

What negatives could this have?:
- N/A?

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Solves the warning from distracting players

I think maybe if they've got the gun in hand, as people may walk around armed and not be a part of a nearby incident.

For the area notifications only, if you have a weapon and still get the notifications it means a staff member is targetting you specifically and you should probably leave the area
