Suggestion Title: change drill spawn location
Suggestion Description: change drill spawn location

like at casino and bazzar grages and bazzar gas its on open place where everyone can see and most of the time officer metagameing about it and know that there is bank raid

one of the good spots are at hungrez under the bridge or at forest under the highway

Why should this be added?:
-no more metagameing

more realistic that he will spawn in close place

What negatives could this have?:
nothing

I’d rather have the NPC disappear after the drill is dropped off

change railway / swoop rd/ casino / bazzar gas / slums gas /subs park ( hide it at trees) /fire department(make him set behind the garbage) / at the beach (make him behind the staircase)

I believe @Maia was looking into updating the locations. We tried to select new, discreet spots for this.
Expect them to be released in the short term
