Suggestion Title: Change laser color from Hotshot
Suggestion Description: Be able to change the color of the taser using a tool like optic modification tool, where you have to buy a custom color for the laser from hotshot and using the tool to apply it, 50k-100k to change the color tool should be like 500$,
we can preset colors or let player choose any color they want
Why should this be added?:
-more customizations
-preference of players
-encourages the laser more
-people use hotshot more
What negatives could this have?:
-maybe pay to win
What problem would this suggestion solve?: it will bring more weapon customization to the server,
