Suggestion Title: Change the drunk effect
Suggestion Description: Change the drunk effect so it doesn’t look like how it currently does.

The old drunk effect worked a lot better than the later one we have now. Currently drinking beer makes your screen into one of those windows 98 music visualiser screens for a few minutes. The old drunk effect worked better though significantly.

Why should this be added?:
- Makes more sense than it currently does.

What negatives could this have?:
- None really
