Suggestion Title: Changing radiostation in the car
Suggestion Description: To make it possible for a passenger in the car, they can also change the radio while sitting in the front seat.

Why should this be added?:
- So not only the driver can do it, but also the passenger

What negatives could this have?:
- Development time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: That more people can change the radio

Do you suggest using a different key to access the radio as a passenger?
Currently you can use the Q key to access your inventory.

Why is this needed? Can't the people just communicate what station they want to listen to?

Seems pretty pointless. The driver should be able to control what radio you should be listening or just request a different station from the driver. This will atleast force you to communicate which kinda is the point of a RP server.
