Suggestion Title: Check for ammo before refilling mag
Suggestion Description: When attempting to fill a mag that you don't have ammo for, it will still attempt to fill the mag and play the animation also, this suggestion is simply to just not allow this action due to having insufficient ammo to do so. The image shows that I am trying to fill HK45CT mags without pistol ammo.
Why should this be added?:

What negatives could this have?:
- Literally none
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Could be handy to newer players who try to fill a mag and better understand why their bullets aren't going up in the mag.
