Checkerd textues (Can't Fix)!

Hello, Iv'e been having a problem with the textures on paralake city.
NOTE: I already know that the problem with the limo is a server issue as it's black and pink.

So the issue is with The Office and some skyscrapers, I see the texture of the building but I can see a slight blue and white checkered texture infron of some of the walls.
1: I have these games installed: Garry's Mod | Half Life 2 | HL2 Ep1 | HL2 Ep2 | Team Fortress 2 | Counter Strike Source | Left 4 Dead | L4d2 | Portal | Portal 2
2: I downloaded the paralake city onto my steam and it didn't make any difference.
3: I have the content pack installed and it doesn't make any difference.
4: I tried restarting my pc and it doesn't work
5: I tried the dxlevel 90 in the launch options and it doesn't work
6: i have the games checked in the corner of the gmod screen (controller icon)
7: It works on singleplayer but not on the server and I know it's not a server issue as some other players CAN see it properly.

Any help would be appreciated.

try launching css, I used to have broken textures a while ago just launching css once solved the problem for me.

Try this:

1. Right click on your garry's mod on your steam game library.
2. Click on the properties tab
3. Click on 'Local Files'
4. Press on 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache

Get back to me and tell me if it works.

I don't get any chequered squares, even the Limo's black now. Usto be chequered though.
