Suggestion Title: Checking if Crowbars have been used.
Suggestion Description: Add a feature to check if a crowbar has been used, similar to checking if a Firearm has been used, for example, any scratch marks from use.

Why should this be added?:
- Prevents people lying in /desc or having to rely on the Civilian to respond when sometimes they don't understand how /desc works

-Can help on-scenes if the suspect if far away or if anyone isn't able to answer

What negatives could this have?:
- The crowbar can be used from a long time ago unless there is a certain time period to where it would state it's been used.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Prevents people lying in /desc if a crowbar has been used or not, more or less we don't have to bring the suspect close to the scene if they're far away to check if it's been used so I think it'll be convenient to have the feature to check it similar to how we check guns if they have been used.

When you get ready to initiate a /desc check on a crowbar and you realize your opponent has [New Player] next to their name

If it checked for recent usage, and all the evidence without a doubt leads back to you and that is used to convict then sure.

I would just have an issue in a case where lets say, you flee from a raid unseen, get gunpointed for another reason, we can use storage lets say idk some random guy was wanted beside you then some bad faith officer starts checking everything sees the crowbar was recently used and decides to throw you in jail with fuck all evidence. Just a pain in the arse

It got denied previously, although not a bad idea and would be a useful thing.

Honestly I don't like the idea of this, though I despise when people try to do it with /desc anyhow because like, it's a fucking crowbar, if it's ever been used, it's gonna have superficial damage no matter what. It's a retarded powergaming /desc and the fact that it's used as much as it is is fucking silly.

It makes far more sense to do actual investigation work and rule out other suspects based on location, direction of travel, injuries, etc.

A better check would be on doors to see if there has been a recent crowbarring attempt.

Naturally, lock picks would not be covered as they do not cause visible damage to a lock.
