CMDL cache out of memory

So, the recent update has caused my game to completely crash any time anything happens.
I manage to spawn, walk to the overpass and that's as far as I got before crashing.

The crash includes throwing me out of the game, it doesn't freeze, just throws me right out with a simple text box "out of memory" and leaves me there in frustration.

I'm currently running diagnostics on my RAM to check if anything is faulty. Edit: it was not
8GB of ram should be enough, but I guess not.

Edit: I've cleaned everything you can imagine me cleaning btw. Deleting addons, deleting useless folders, etc.

Delete all useful addons>Delete all useful stuff on your pc>Clean your computer for useful files.

this can be caused by faulty/glitchy models. do you have any other source game in gmod?

Also, did you manually uninstall garry's mod?

best thing to do is to throw your "AMD" Computer through the window

Here's one of the cases where my game completely just stops working for no apparent reason.
I cannot open the F1 menu either, as it also crashes my game instantly.
