[CLOSED] Need some help.

So my friend is trying to get into PERP but everytime he loads up the server it crashes on the loading screen , he has tried many things such as deleting all his addons , downloading the PERP content pack and Verifying integrity game cache . He would just like to try out perp but he cant , If anyone knows a way to fix this please tell me , thanks.

ok so i am the person it didnt work for but what i did was i went to : steam library / right click on gmod / properties / launch options/ and enter : -dxlevel 95 .
so what it does is update your gmods direct x level from 8 to 9.5
