Suggestion Title: Coffee as a Stimulant
Suggestion Description: Adds brewable coffee that can provide various abilities based on the quality and type of brew. Think of the teas from RUST. You'll be able to brew a coffee that increases your crafting speed, or maybe stamina regeneration, but not anything super OP like sprint speed, weapon recoil reduction, unless brewing is made hard enough for it not to be easily obtainable.

Why should this be added?:
- Interesting dynamics to combat and efficiency when crafting or other menial tasks

What negatives could this have?:
- Development time used better for other things
- OP if brewing is too easy

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Boring crafting and menial tasks

This is ,unfortunately, easily getting denied. I do like the idea though, however I do think it’s misplaced.

Every drug you can name in PERP is pointless for personal use. So a buff in this style to them would actually make things like Meth worth making for personal use as it would obviously hold the best effect, while making personal use of lesser difficult substances more common because they give somewhat useful effects too.
