Why were you banned/blacklisted?: "Repeated violations of the basic conduct rules" and "OOC logs riddled with toxicity"

Why should this appeal be considered?: I genuinely do not know what I have been banned for. I have asked multiple times for some examples of this toxic behaviour and all I was given was the following screenshots of my OOC:

Advert 6th May by @Dank - This was cause I was using Advert to avoid ooc blacklist (sorry)

OOC on 6th May by @Dank - "can a staff member with a brain look at my f6" this was directed at Dank and I apologise for this as it was due to me becoming frustrated with how the report was handled. I know if I have an issue then I should make a staff complaint instead of causing trouble.

OOC 27th April by @curak - This was for my above comment calling @Samsterminator a dumb cunt. Me and Sam are good friends and regularly joke about. I would've disputed/apologised but 1 week didn't really bother me

OOC 29th March by @Efan - I don't remember what this was for so please could someone show me logs for this time?

Help 21st March by @Misel - This was me trolling saying something along the lines of "alt f4" in response to a question or something

OOC 21st March by @TinySlayer - someone said "tiny how tf did you get that kill" and I said something like "admin esp duh"

Help 21st March by @Super - this was me using advert to avoid OOC (like literally everyone else on the server was doing)

Overall, I agree that my record is not great but since my last communications ban I have greatly improved and in my opinion, most of the above screenshots and blacklists should not be factors in the decision to communications ban.

After reviewing your ban with the Senior Moderation team (as the admin team dealt with the ban being issued) we have decided that your communication ban was valid, we have looked over your OOC logs over the period of you being un communication banned to when you got re-banned and you have been toxic to not just your mates but to other people including staff members, whilst I appreciate you have accounted for this in the dispute it is no excuse for your behaviour. Not to mention the petty AR you made on another player but also the fact you have 3 forum warnings for breach of the same rule showing a disregard for forum rules also.

Our advice to you, this being your second communication ban, is to stick it out, show that you are actually reformed this time and when you do eventually get uncommunication banned do go back to being toxic in OOC regardless of if its to your mate or not imagine the impression it gives to new players.

TLDR; Ultimately we are satisfied that the communication ban instated was valid.
