Why should this appeal be considered?: I got banned for arguing on the forums for arguing with Cap.Phillips and one more guy,
I was arguing with them as they were slandering me, calling me a racist, for laughing at this exact youtube video:
FOR MORE CONTEXT ON THE VIDEO: This is a guy who went around in around 2016 or so? Making funny noises like U gin gin gan and Gunga Ginga in a squeaky voice, his name is Quantrell Bishop, here is his channel: https://www.youtube.com/@QUANTRELLBISHOP/videos he is NOT making fun of Asian people,
The second slander came out of me ASKING the second guy for his nationality (as i was curious, nothing done in bad faith) Since he told me he recently migrated to Poland, after which he said that hes Somalian, which THEN got used against me as he said that "He said Im somali tho I'm not", which was complete blabbery, please, check logs of ShoutBox if u do not believe me, I feel like i was judged on the same level as the people that were trying to drag my name through mud, which would be extremely bad for me as i am currently trying to self improve, and i have a ban apology currently open for the last month of my ban which i am sorry for causing
I think that i should not have been put in the same bracket as Cap.Phillips or the other guy, as Slandering me should be a offense on its own since they were twisting my words and humour to make me seem like a racist.
Additional Information: I do understand that Lhealey05 has given us all a warning to quit arguing on the shoutbox about this but i can not let my name get dragged through mud and be called a racist over something that they think is racist, two words against one sucks pretty bad lol,
And we did have a argument beforehand but it was a very peaceful one in which there was a situation with the Second guy and one more guy (Hijate or whatever his name was) Where the guy got killed over riding him over, and i sided with the person who shot him, therefore it lead to a larger argument that ended after i specified the rules that the guy that rode him over, which then led to Cap.Phillips starting to call me a racist over me laughing at a guy actually making funny sounds, not trying to laugh about asian people, culture or language.
