Description of the Bug: Binoculars auto-equip when joining the server

How to reproduce the Bug: Join the server with a binocular in your inventory (with prior leaving the server without being equipped)
For me personally I have been carrying 1 and 2 binoculars idk why but one always equips when joining

does this with all equipment and I believe in alphabetical order as I always spawn with bobbies equipped but when I had none I spawned with a crowbar equipped instead and once when I had all 3 binoculars was equipped

Also sometimes I can't unequip them and have to drop them and pick them up so they dont show up as equiped.
