Description of the Bug: Lose items from inventory when you crash as cop

How to reproduce the Bug: Join police with items that get hidden as an officer (magazines, sights, stims/bandages etc) and then crash, and then when you rejoin you won't have them as civ.

Ate 2 beans & drank 1 water, the rest is entirely unaccounted for. Not in my storage either.

Pretty sure this has been a long-standing bug, I seem to remember this happening to me with the Courier job
