Suggestion Title: Corporals breaching doors with no Sgt.+ on duty.
Suggestion Description: It go to my attention that Corporals are not able to breach doors anymore, if there is no Sergeant+ on duty, after the recent pd update. My suggestion is to simply allow them to do it again.
Also I don't think this was removed on purpose, but wasn't sure whether to make a suggestion or a bug report.
Why should this be added?:
- something Corporals were already trusted with
- not every corporal needs to be a TFO to actually breach a property without bobby pins (not that is ideal way to breach).
What negatives could this have?:
- As this was already a thing for a long time and there weren't any concerns brought up I don't think there is any negatives.
