its a damage sound yes. but the perp scripts do the damage sounds randomly so its prob gonna be rare for you to hear it

Put the COUNTER-STRIKE-2-SP in your addons folder

Right click Gmod in steam > manage > browse local files > garrysmod > addons

It should look like this
”/garrysmod/addons/COINTER-STRIKE-2-SP”

Yes I think this is possible, but all your shots when getting or hitting an enemy will sound the same
