Suggestion Title: Courier being premium only
Suggestion Description: Change courier so only people with premium can do the job. U need to be able too spawn a van and with no premium there isnt a guarantee.
Why should this be added?:
- Courier always has a van so can actually deliver
- QOL
What negatives could this have?:
- New players whos premium ran out cant go courier
- Less options of jobs for people without premium
What problem would this suggestion solve?: makes it easier for anyone ordering
