Suggestion Title: Bazaar Loading Dock
Suggestion Description: Adds a loading dock to V7 Bazaar, so Couriers have a permanent space for parking and deliveries.
Why should this be added?:
- Adds more realism to the shopping mall aesthetic
- While parking spaces are normally only full during high server population, it would be nice for couriers to have a designated area for parking and package delivery.
- Parking spaces aren't clogged by couriers that overstay their welcome by delivering to multiple people/NPC stores
What negatives could this have?:
- V7 only
