Detailed description:
Since the only able way to shop items and stuff, is to wear cash on you, i suggest a system where you might be able to buy a credit card at the bank, that you are able to pay with in public stores. Where there might be a fee percent.
The system could might be build up such as - Now i'm going to buy two chairs in the furniture store, and now i'm going to pay for it, when a selection menu shows up.

This would make it not only much easier in some ways, but also provide a much more realistic experience.
Since the fee, some people would might still prefer to use cash. But of course, when shopping P2P, at the drug dealer and such. You will still be forced to withdraw and carry around cash.
