A demo is required even if you have potato internet. The tick is the duration of the demo. To see it press shift+f2 while playing the demo and you will see that somewhere says Tick: and some numbers. When you find him killing an officer over a ticket save the number it says on the tick and then write it here (you need to have uploaded the demo too for this to have a valueof course).
