I am writing this recommendation on @Crunchie because I believe he's an awesome dude who has really changed for the better recently and is always helping out people and shows really great knowledge about the server and the rules in the community. I can also share from personal experience that Crunchie has really helped me understand some things and I can show how good he's at explaining things (1st one is him performing a sort of magic trick on me by making me turn around and disappearing and 2nd one is him teaching me how to merge images into 1 since I can only have 1 image in my forums signature) with the following screenshots:
