Greetings!

So I've had this idea in mind for a while now of hosting a CSGO Tournament with a somewhat decent prize pool. If we get enough players to support this I will make a website where people can register their team and it will work as a tournament manager: it will create the matches automatically, it will have a twitch stream embed there for each match, etc).

With this, we will be needing casters and players of course. 8 teams would be the minimum amount (i think it's a good number). The prize pool wouldn't be super awesome as it will probably be me only providing for it (if you wanna help out with that, feel free to! :D).

If not enough players support this, then the tournament won't happen.
Needless to say, cheating is prohibited and will result in disqualification of the entire team.

Hope you guys like the idea.

PH:GO was really fun last time when Chris hosted it, if you can do what he did and maybe allow banned people to play that would be good

Quick FAQ:
  • This is something I have put together. There is no affiliation with the Staff Team whatsoever.
  • Yes, I'm looking for some people to help me with it.
  • Yes, You can bring anyone from outside as long as he doesn't cheat in any way nor is a minge to other players.
  • No, the prize hasn't been decided yet.
  • This tournament will occur hopefully during the course of next week.
  • If you want to become a Caster, send me a PM.
  • If you want to help in general, send me a PM.
  • Tournament will start Sunday.

I don't mind joining in again, last time was fun, someone in my team getting mad was even more fun. Anyone that needs someone for their team just ask me.

I'm using, for the website, an old design I made a long time ago for a tournament I hosted for my old CS community. (won't be making changes to it besides implementing new features so no roasting allowed!!!).

Team registration will be done using said website (steam id of everyone belonging to the team needed, wont make it so that you have to login tho - probably). Regarding VAC banned players, their case will be reviewed individually.

Lastly, I will also be participating as a player, so i will be needing more casters. Also will be needing my own team (unsure if I should take my old one or find some people from the community).
