Description of the bug: If you are cuffed while swinging your fists, you will occasionally punch as soon as you're released from cuffs.

How to reproduce the bug: Get cuffed just as you wing a punch

I'm not sure how this would happen as you are sent to unarmed after being released. Closed due to being unable to replicate.
