Model Suggestion Custom images on clothes

Suggestion Title: Custom images on clothes
Suggestion Description: Just like how you can upload an image for adverts and photo frames, you can upload an image to be on a shirt.
It will use the same image upload function already on the server, and also use the organisation image feature so that orgs can have unique and exclusive custom org clothes.

Why should this be added?:
- more shirts and unique clothing for people to wear
better org uniforms

What negatives could this have?:
- people might try and upload nsfw or other bad kinds of images for shirts, but it will be on the staff to approve/deny the image before its uploaded.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: it doesnt solve anything, just adds new stuff
