Custom Skins

In short:
I followed the Perp Help tutorial. However, when I try to load the skin, it's just purple and black texture missing

Make sure the vmt file is set up well, in the correct place and links the vtf texture paths properly

You probably didn't follow it correctly. Make sure that the file path of your .vmts in the phcustomtextures folder matches the file path of those files in the server content. Inside the .vmts, make sure that the file paths of the .vtf files you are targeting are actually correct.
