I today recommend D3V as one of the best players within the community, he's been doing really well during his period of playing within this community, I mean honestly he was the first person to beat me in an interrogation. And D3V is one of the best police officers within the community, yes I have played with him several times. As well he recently got Enforcer and watching him work is something I enjoy.
