Suggestion Title: Dark theme UI skin
Suggestion Description: I got some UI skins added in 2020 and I have a dark theme skin available to implement. You can download it here and put the extracted folder into your garrysmod/addons folder, this will replace the blue theme if you want it now and just needs to be implemented as a separate skin by a developer (the file would need renaming as it is blue.png).

People like dark theme a lot
