Discord unlink

can i unlink the discord connected to this account so i can link my main as i have a temp one connected to this i no longer have access to

You will need to contact and admin+ or a community manger about getting your old discord unlinked so you can link a new one

Unlinked whatever was linked currently, relink and then /sync
